Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at NESCO Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing product failures, proposing corrective actions, and maintaining reliability control databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze product failures to identify root causes and propose corrective actions
  • Maintain reliability control databases to track product success and failure history
  • Plan, develop, and manage Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) programs for Army ground vehicle system components or end items
  • Analyze data to determine statistical sampling and test hours to ensure high levels of confidence in meeting reliability requirements
  • Direct experience in Product Assurance & Test competency areas, program management, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering
  • Assist in developing RAM language for request for proposals (RFPs), reliability models, Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA)/Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) documents
  • Support Army Prognostic and Predictive Maintenance (PPMx) capabilities and Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) efforts
  • Evaluate field data as part of the Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) process to make fielded system improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 8+ years related reliability engineering experience
  • Must be a US citizen and eligible for a Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain a secret security clearance
