Key Responsibilities- Analyze product failures to identify root causes and propose corrective actions
- Maintain reliability control databases to track product success and failure history
- Plan, develop, and manage Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) programs for Army ground vehicle system components or end items
- Analyze data to determine statistical sampling and test hours to ensure high levels of confidence in meeting reliability requirements
- Direct experience in Product Assurance & Test competency areas, program management, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering
- Assist in developing RAM language for request for proposals (RFPs), reliability models, Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA)/Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) documents
- Support Army Prognostic and Predictive Maintenance (PPMx) capabilities and Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) efforts
- Evaluate field data as part of the Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) process to make fielded system improvements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years related reliability engineering experience
- Must be a US citizen and eligible for a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Must be able to obtain/maintain a secret security clearance
