Job Description

As a Head Coach, you will be responsible for leading a team of student athletes in the sport of Lacrosse. The ideal candidate will have prior coaching experience, knowledge of the fundamental skills and techniques of Lacrosse, and the ability to teach, enforce, and model appropriate behavior, character traits, and educational values.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching plan to achieve team goals
  • Recruit and manage a team of student athletes
  • Develop and implement a training program to improve team performance
  • Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations of the sport
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administrators
Requirements
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • CIF Coaching Certificate and Concussion certification
  • Prior coaching experience in Lacrosse
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the fundamental skills and techniques of Lacrosse
