About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for guests.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively communicate with guests and drive sales.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety and security protocols.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
