About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Advocate. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Welcome and thank guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about our products, services, and features to effectively promote and sell them to guests.
  • Scanning and Bagging: Scan and bag guest items efficiently, neatly, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
  • Order Pick Up and Drive Up: Deliver easy and seamless service to all Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area, including gathering abandoned items, baskets, and hangers.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to different guest interactions and situations, and be willing to learn and adapt to evolving technology needs.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Communicate effectively, including using positive language and being attentive to guests' needs.
  • Teamwork: Work both independently and with a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail while multi-tasking, and accurately handle cash register operations and cash transactions.
  • Physical Demands: Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
