Job Summary

The Data and Compliance Analyst role is a position within Aunt Martha's Health & Wellness, focusing on child welfare. The analyst will conduct high-level quantitative and qualitative analysis to measure performance, research, and projects. The Analyst will plan and implement research activities, considering data availability, resources, and time constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine data collection for Continuous Quality Improvement in child welfare cases.
  • Coordinate and monitor data collection initiatives using allocated program software and tools.
  • Plan and implement projects, interpret data, and prepare interim and final reports.
  • Manage child welfare-based databases using allocated program software and tools.
  • Create and maintain performance metrics reports in business intelligence platforms.
  • Provide staff support through participation in meetings and presenting research results.
  • Construct methodologically sound designs for obtaining data to measure Continuous Quality Improvement.
  • Assist in responding to public and government agency requests for data and information.
  • Attend conferences, review literature, and investigate new techniques in program analysis and evaluation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, criminology, criminal justice, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of statistical programming packages, such as SPSS, Stata, or R.
  • Experience cleaning, analyzing, and aggregating transactional data.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards in Tableau or a similar business intelligence tool.
  • Ability to use data to diagnose problems and drive enhancements in departmental operations.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree or graduate work in a related field.
  • Experience working directly with managers, users, and others.
  • Knowledge of Massachusetts child welfare laws.
