Job Overview

S4 Market Data is seeking a highly skilled Market Data Administrator to oversee the administrative functions of client projects and support the overall service delivery of our managed services with respective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative inquiries from internal business units and lead analysts, including entitlement requests, moves/adds/changes requests, inventory management, procurement/legal approval, expense allocation, and invoices reconciliation.
  • Keep an updated inventory of contracts, services, pricing, users, and vendors, and perform month-end reconciliations to ensure accurate and current data.
  • Interact with client internal stakeholders and business units, resolving procurement issues and providing client and project support for lead analysts.
  • Perform business development and other duties as required by manager(s) and founder(s).
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in financial services or market data, or work experience in consulting, with knowledge of FITS/MDSL inventory systems.
  • Experience working with Market Data vendors such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Exchanges (NYSE, ICE, etc.), and intermediate Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and task/time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
