Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and support staff, to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional results.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance to project teams, addressing engineering challenges and ensuring the application of best practices.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Licenses/Certifications: Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure in Texas (strongly preferred)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience working in a refinery or chemical plant and/or with a consulting firm representing similar industries
