  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and support staff, to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure that engineering deliverables meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial success.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, addressing engineering challenges and ensuring the application of best practices.
  • Conduct cost analysis throughout the project in order to determine estimates to complete and/or additional funding requirements.
  • Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
  • Ensure compliance with client contractual requirements, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Professional Engineer (P.E.): Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas (strongly preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience working in a refinery or chemical plant and/or with a consulting firm representing similar industries.
