Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Sales Associate to join our team at WEIS LLC. As a key member of our produce department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Sales: Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked produce department, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and priced.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store produce shipments, ensuring that all products are properly rotated and stocked.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other department associates to ensure seamless operations and achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow with our company is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
