Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Sales Associate to join our team at WEIS LLC. As a key member of our produce department, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the freshest and highest-quality produce possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized produce department, including rotating stock to ensure freshness and proper pricing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving concerns in a polite and professional manner.
  • Assist in building attractive displays and maintaining the salad bar and cut fruit/vegetable as needed.
  • Accurately complete necessary product logs and handle spoiled and damaged product according to company policy.
  • Assist in minimizing shrink and controlling damages, reporting shortages and overages to management.
  • May assist with receiving, unloading, checking-in, breaking-down, and storing deliveries, as well as baling cardboard or other related duties.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow with our company is essential.
