Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused General Merchandise Clerk to join our team at Tops Friendly Markets. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain proper shelf, case, and display conditions, including stocking, cleaning, straightening, and rotating product
  • Ensure safe and clean floor conditions, including sweeping, mopping, and clearing of any unsafe conditions
  • Maintain clean and orderly backroom conditions by organizing grocery area, making bales, stacking pallets, etc.
Requirements
