Pursuit Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pursuit Lead to join our team at Stantec. As a key member of our marketing and business development team, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of strategic proposals and marketing activities to capture must-win strategic pursuits across Environmental Services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement proposal strategies and plans to support large, complex proposals.
- Collaborate with business development, account managers, subject matter experts, and leadership to develop distinctive value propositions and win themes.
- Leverage the company-wide network to identify and showcase Stantec's unique capabilities and resources.
- Support pursuit teams in key pre-positioning activities, including client, competitor, and market research.
- Plan, organize, and direct all elements of the proposal development process, including analysis of client requests, development of response plans, and coordination of proposal teams.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in a senior marketing role in the A/E/C industry.
- Experience working in the environmental services industry is an added benefit.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing and business development best practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
