About the Role

Sentido Health is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with families of medically complex children to provide personalized care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure patient safety and well-being

Compensation and Benefits:

  • RN Base Salary: $75,000 + time and a half for overtime
  • LVN Base Salary: $62,400 + time and a half for overtime
  • A range of benefits, including full health insurance, 401k match, and generous PTO

Requirements:

  • Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pediatric home health nursing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
