  • Financial Management: Ensure labor, expenses, and revenue goals are met, and complete store reports as needed.
  • Merchandising and Marketing: Assist in planning and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Employee Relations: Assist with disciplinary actions as needed and communicate promptly and effectively with the Corporate Office.
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service in a professional and courteous manner, resolving customer and donor complaints as needed.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Demonstrate teamwork and cooperation with store staff and other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Detail-Oriented Mindset: Retail operations require attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the business.
  • Effective Communication: You will communicate expectations and details to workers and customers, being assertive, clear, and accurate.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Must be capable of making decisions quickly to solve problems and drive business results.
  • Driven/Self-Starter Personality: Your success depends on your daily drive to grow and improve your location.
  • Experience and Education: 1-3 years' experience in a retail supervisory position, high school diploma or equivalent, undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Positive Work History: A positive work history and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Value Diversity: Value diversity and be able to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license.
