Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Care Specialist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our health services department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of quality service.

About the Role

  • Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders.
  • Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs, maintaining confidential information and required documentation.
  • Maintain controlled medication and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $210,000. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, as well as 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance.

This is a full-time position based in Danville, VA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
