Job Title: Renal Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate renal care specialist to provide direct patient care and build long-term relationships with patients suffering from end-stage renal disease.

About the Role:
  • Deliver safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to patients
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics
Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $48,312 - $60,216 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and more.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles is essential
  • Physical and mental ability to work long hours (some shifts are 12+ hours) on your feet is necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Healthcare experience is preferred, including BONENT Certified, CHT, CNA, CMA, or Phlebotomy certification
  • Ability to work across multiple facilities within the territory as needed is beneficial
