Salary Range

Nurse Job Summary
">This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool team as a Patient Care Specialist RN. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will provide top-notch nursing care and support to patients in various units of the hospital. Your role will involve conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized care plans, evaluating patient progress, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
Main Responsibilities
">• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs;
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with other healthcare team members;
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed;
• Educate patients and their families on various aspects of care;
Requirements
">• Graduate of a State Board accredited School of Nursing or equivalent;
• Active RN license within the State of practice;
• Current BLS certification;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• At least two years of prior nursing experience;
