About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at CenterWell Senior Primary Care. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to all callers.
  • Accommodate visitors, including issuing visitor passes and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Operate a switchboard or multi-line phone, maintaining long distance call logs and taking accurate messages.
  • Respond to routine inquiries from internal and external sources, including organization location, hours of operation, phone numbers, and email address.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, and receiving and sending courier packages.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Less than 2 years of technical experience.
  • A passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
