Contract Acquisition Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at USfalcon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing government contracts and subcontracts to ensure proper acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of estimates, material costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government specifications, and requirements.
- Advise management on contractual rights and obligations, and provide interpretation of terms and conditions.
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and performance standards.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Federal, DoD, Air Force, and SSC contracting processes and procedures.
- Ability to assist government agencies with all aspects of contract actions, including solicitations, change proposals, funding modifications, and award.
- Prior experience as a PCO or buyer is preferred.
- Highly desired: past or present experience with SSC or mission partner space control or space situational awareness mission area programs.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree with 15 years of relevant experience.
- Master's degree with 13 years of relevant experience.
- PhD or Juris Doctorate degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
Clearance Requirements: Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
Travel Requirements: TBD.
