Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support to our Principal, ensuring seamless coordination of personal and professional responsibilities.

This role requires a proactive problem-solver with a high EQ and IQ, committed to a multi-year tenure, and eager to ensure the Principal's day-to-day life runs effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Principal's daily, weekly, and monthly calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
  • Ensure the Principal is prepared for all commitments, with timely briefings and necessary materials.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
  • Anticipate potential disruptions and create contingency plans to ensure smooth travel experiences.
  • Provide 24/7 ground support while the Principal travels, no matter the time zone.
  • Handle various personal tasks such as shopping, managing household errands, and overseeing all returns.
  • Organize and file important documents, contracts, and records for easy access.
  • Record accurate and detailed meeting minutes and provide actionable summaries as needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
