Job Title: Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Breakwater Oral Maxillofacial Surgery & Dental Implants. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients, referring offices, and team members through phone, in-person, and electronic communication.
  • Manage patient insurance information and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate the doctor's schedule to optimize their time and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
  • Collect payments from patients in a professional and effective manner.
  • Develop treatment plans from diagnosis and communicate options and costs to patients.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of customer service experience required.
  • Medical or dental experience preferred.
