Job Title: RN - Shorepointe Nursing

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Shorepointe Health & Rehabilitation, an Optalis Center. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and performing various nursing procedures.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and medication administration records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Valid identification and COVID-19 vaccination or exemption.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
