Barista Opportunity at Subaru of Georgetown

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Subaru of Georgetown. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar and surrounding areas
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and techniques
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
