About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Subaru of Georgetown. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our complimentary Continental Cafe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our Sales and Service customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment.
  • Coffee Bar Maintenance: Ensure that the coffee bar is clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
  • Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role.
Work Schedule

We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time schedules:

  • Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 am - 2 pm, with the option to work one additional day from 7 am - 4 pm.
  • Part-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1 pm - 4 pm, with the option to work one additional day from 7 am - 4 pm.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly Wage: $20 per hour.
