Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Development: Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality products.
  • Task Delegation: Delegate tasks to team members and provide follow-up to ensure timely completion and adherence to standards.
