We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Psychologist to join our team at the University of Vermont Medical Center. As a key member of our department, you will provide psychological services to patients in various clinical settings, including inpatient and outpatient programs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide diagnostic evaluations, focused clinical assessments, and psychological interventions to patients with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with medical providers, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in clinical supervision, staff consultation, and program development to enhance patient outcomes.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary initiatives and program evaluation to advance our mission.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an APA or CPA accredited program.
- A valid Psychologist-PhD license.
- At least 3 years of post-licensure experience in clinical psychology, including experience in individual, family, and group psychotherapy, clinical supervision, and staff consultation.
- Strong relevant clinical and supervisory experience, with a background in multicultural psychology and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
