Executive Assistant to a Founder

BURKE+CO. is a fast-paced startup looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in tech and/or venture capital.
Responsibilities include prioritizing the executive's time, managing calendar, organizing meetings, addressing scheduling conflicts, responding to internal & external communications, coordinating travel, preparing itineraries, assisting with some personal needs, planning company events, offsites, and meetings, attending meetings and calls, processing expenses, and assisting with various tasks and projects.
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $120k to $160k base + benefits, based on skills, experience, and expertise.
