Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with seasoned Entry Level Marketing Managers to acquire in-depth knowledge of client engagement, project initiation, and effective coordination between customer service and sales teams.
  • Assist the Entry Level Marketing Manager and sales division in providing expert consultation on client products and services.
  • Innovate and propose creative solutions to address client challenges, ensuring all suggestions receive approval from the Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, or Director.
  • Offer insights to the sales team on best practices for training, onboarding, and enhancing employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in a business-related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, sports, or hospitality is advantageous.
  • A strong desire to cultivate leadership, management, and professional skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and a robust work ethic.
  • Highly organized, punctual, and efficient in task management.
