Your primary duties will include:

* Receiving and reviewing grant applications
* Tracking performance of reviewers, grant status, and outcomes for all awardees activities
* Monitoring and reviewing grant requests
* Preparing documents and selection packages for pre and post award activities
* Developing Standard Operating Procedures and Training Modules
* Monitoring, analyzing, and reviewing project performance including existing problems, financial inconsistencies, and instances of non-compliance
* Communicating with federal staff and grant applicants

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Bachelor\u2019s Degree in a business-related field and 2-5 years of experience
* Master\u2019s Degree in a business-related field and 1-3 years of experience
* 2-5 years of experience in federal grants management support
* Experience in Pre-Award and Post-Award Grants Management
* Program Management Support experience for grant programs
* Experience supporting grant closeout activities
* Experience organizing, tracking, and preparing grant documentation

If you have previous experience at the Department of Commerce or the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA), that\u2019s a plus
