Overview: This role involves leading a team of two-person crews dedicated to maintaining beautiful landscapes. The primary responsibility is to oversee the operations of the crew, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to a predetermined schedule while documenting work progress using a mobile device.
  • Perform essential lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming edges, and clearing pathways.
  • Ensure the work area is clean by removing debris before commencing mowing activities.
  • Maintain flowerbeds by weeding and planting seasonal flowers.
  • Conduct hedge trimming and other standard landscaping services.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record for at least three years.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
  • Ability to work outdoors and utilize power equipment effectively.
