Emergency Medicine Physician

Job Summary:
The selected candidate will serve as an attending physician providing clinical coverage at Stony Brook University Hospital Emergency Department. They will also be responsible for teaching and supervising residents and medical students, contributing to successful research programs, and providing service in an administrative capacity as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical coverage at Stony Brook University Hospital Emergency Department
- Teach and supervise residents and medical students
- Contribute to successful research programs
- Provide service in an administrative capacity as required
Qualifications:
- MD/DO Degree (or foreign equivalent)
- Completion of Emergency Medicine Residency
- Board Certification/Eligibility in Emergency Medicine
- Eligible for New York State License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate teaching, research and administrative/committee experience
- Completion of post residency fellowships
