Senior Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team at HDR. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project pursuit teams and manage pursuit processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials.
- Work closely with internal Client Managers and Teams to develop marketing strategies, client development plans, and pursuit capture planning.
- Conduct pursuit capture planning and proposal coordination meetings with technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Conceptualize, research, and produce marketing materials, proposals, promotions, and presentations that showcase HDR's capabilities and competitive advantages.
- Manage and produce virtual interviews, develop and implement procedures and processes for identification, screening, and selection of pursuits, and coordinate professional association events.
- Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status, file pursuit materials upon submittal in accordance with HDR guidelines, and support management of client relationship management and financial systems.
- Administer the implementation of the go/no-go decision process in accordance with HDR's Matrix of Authority, and support creation of marketing collateral to support business development efforts.
- Train and mentor employees on business development and marketing best practices, and articulate HDR's capabilities and competitive advantages.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years proposal marketing experience, preferably in A/E/C.
- Strong computer skills, creative/graphic design skills, and use of other media in marketing proposals, presentations, and related collateral materials.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively with diverse teams, as well as area, regional, and national technical managers and project staff.
- Requires little to no direction in area of specialization.
- Must exhibit proficient technical computer skills, advanced knowledge of communication theory, and basic layout and design principles.
- Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services.
- Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person.
- Highly articulate, with a clear and analytical approach to problem-solving, and good decision-making abilities.

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
