Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Site Manager to join our team at Urban Air Adventure Parks. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our indoor adventure park, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the opening and closing of the park on specified weekdays and weekends
  • Promote a positive team culture throughout the park, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for both employees and customers
  • Monitor and supervise on-site staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
  • Oversee the maintenance and inventory of the park and its equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order
  • Promote a culture of safety for employees and customers, identifying and mitigating potential hazards

Requirements
  • High School Diploma, with some college education preferred
  • Previous experience in a supervisor-level role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
  • Proven conflict management skills, with the ability to resolve disputes in a fair and professional manner
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
