Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding consumer experiences by providing accurate information, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive attitude. Your success will contribute to meeting and exceeding company sales goals while fostering long-term relationships with our clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively communicate their benefits and features.
  2. Record and track customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules efficiently.
  3. Embody a 'can-do' mindset, taking initiative to overcome challenges and meet deadlines.
  4. Maintain a professional demeanor, demonstrating trustworthiness, and providing exceptional hospitality to consumers and colleagues alike.
  5. Lead and mentor Junior Customer Service Representatives to enhance their skills and performance.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or restaurant settings.
  • The ability to articulate product knowledge and explain its relevance to consumers.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and training to enhance your skills in customer service and hospitality.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.
  • An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to build meaningful relationships.
