About the Role

At SpotOn: Corporate, we're dedicated to helping restaurants and small businesses thrive with our innovative software and technology solutions. As a Restaurant Technology Implementation Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients by coordinating and installing our Restaurant POS system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Training: Perform site readiness surveys, install the POS system, and provide comprehensive training to staff and managers on the use of the product and related materials.
  • Hardware Installation: Install workstations, pin pads, printers, cash drawers, switches, and other hardware devices that integrate with RPOS.
  • Onsite Support: Provide live support and troubleshooting services to ensure a smooth transition for our clients.
  • Menu and System Changes: Assist with menu and system functionality changes to ensure our clients can run their businesses efficiently.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Train clients on how to use reporting tools to analyze business performance and make informed decisions.
  • Follow-up and Support: Conduct follow-up meetings and calls to ensure our clients are satisfied with the installation and support services.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience with POS implementation, performing installations, or working in restaurants.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, travel booking platforms, and basic financial accounting.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with various stakeholders, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
