LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Spanish Trails Rehabilitation Suites. As a licensed 134-bed skilled nursing facility, we specialize in residential care services, short stay rehabilitation services, and comprehensive post-operative orthopedic programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations, and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
  • Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment.
  • Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
