Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to deliver efficient and effective nursing care to our patients. As an LPN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients, collecting data, observing conditions, and reporting changes in condition. You will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
  • Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
  • Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
