Overview: Kingspan is dedicated to attracting and nurturing early career talent through our comprehensive Graduate Program, 'Yours to Shape'. This initiative plays a crucial role in establishing a sustainable leadership pipeline for our future.
The position entails extensive collaboration with various stakeholders, including business and HR leaders across Kingspan divisions, graduate candidates, universities, and external consulting partners. The successful applicant will also engage in broader Group Leadership and Talent initiatives, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the leadership capabilities necessary for our growth strategy.
This position is primarily based at our headquarters; however, we are open to considering candidates from other locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the graduate recruitment and selection processes across North America.
- Collaborate with division management and HR teams to assess headcount needs and other enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Work with business units to establish a talent management strategy for new graduates.
- Foster strong relationships with university partners and other external stakeholders, including participation in university career fairs and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with global and regional colleagues to align with Kingspan Group graduate development programs and enhance the 'Yours to Shape' brand in the region.
- Advise on best practices in graduate recruitment and development trends, proposing innovative solutions, including collaboration with marketing and external agencies for engaging promotional materials and social media campaigns.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Oversee the governance and accountability for the overall program plan.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition and program management, with a strong preference for experience in designing and managing graduate development programs.
- Experience in executing graduate development initiatives.
- Prior involvement in creative recruitment marketing and campaign management.
- Familiarity with relevant psychometric assessments to support candidate evaluation and development is preferred.
- Ability to develop, influence, and implement enterprise-wide programs within a decentralized, multi-divisional organization.
- Experience managing internal and external resources in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in leveraging social media networks for brand awareness and talent recruitment.
- Expertise in identifying and nurturing early career potential and development pathways for graduates.
- Proactive mindset, strong decision-making abilities, and a proven track record of achieving results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with effective stakeholder management.
