Beauty Therapist

At FACE FOUNDRI, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beauty Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our skincare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality facials, brow, lash, and waxing services.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
• Service Delivery: Perform 40-50 minute facials, brows, lashes, and waxing services, maintaining State Board compliance and accurate records.
• Product Sales: Explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRI products, achieving personal and store goals.
• Teamwork: Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRI personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
• Store Operations: Assist in all in-store operational processes, ensuring store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Time Keeping: Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Training: Attend mandatory training and team meetings.

• Esthetics License: Must have an active and valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License as required by law.
• Experience: Experience in dermaplaning, Hydradermabrasion, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting.
• Communication Skills: Developed communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer Relationships: Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Nights and Weekends Required. High school or equivalent Required.
