Job Summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Quality Supervisor to support Flight Operations at the Sikorsky West Palm Beach Facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of quality supervision of hourly associates, providing leadership and guidance to ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage collaboration efforts with DCMA for contract statement of work compliance
  • Manage the grievance escalation process
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with the Local 1150
  • Manage the training scheduling of hourly associates
  • Support the execution and achievement of all applicable Lockheed Martin, RMS, and RMS Sikorsky business objectives
Requirements
  • Appropriate degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions, set priorities, and provide succinct direction in a dynamic business environment
  • Experience developing and maintaining positive working relationships with customers

  • Knowledge of Sikorsky processes and procedures related to aircraft production
  • Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreement as applicable
