**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Patient Care Associate to join our team at Yale New Haven Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist with basic patient care, including AM and PM care, toileting, peri care, emptying and rinsing of drainage devices, and feeding under the supervision of the licensed nurse
* Monitor and record vital signs
* Administer medications as prescribed
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans
* Provide emotional support to patients and families
