Job Title: Director of Information Technology

About PRI Technology: A New York-based Asset Management firm is looking for an IT Director to join our team.

Job Summary: This is a full-time/permanent role with a hybrid remote set-up in NYC. The ideal candidate will be local and have a strong background in IT management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Service Delivery: Ensure that the firm receives the right levels of service from external service providers and key strategic partners.
  • Liaison to External Vendors: Serve as a liaison to external IT vendors and support services.
  • Process Management: Ensure consistency and integrity of end-to-end processes across service providers.
  • Leadership: Oversee IT delivery and wear multiple hats as a leader.

Requirements:

  • End User Support: Working knowledge of End User Support, Infrastructure Management (On Prem & Cloud).
  • Infrastructure Management: Working knowledge of On-Prem infrastructure management such as maintenance, upgrade, troubleshooting of VMware infrastructure.
  • Operating Systems: Experience in both Linux and Windows.
  • Disaster Recovery: DR & BCP testing and maintenance working knowledge.
  • Cybersecurity: Cybersecurity & Compliance knowledge. Working with MSP to implement Cybersecurity Program.
