Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

About the Role:

The Inventory Control Specialist position plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas. This individual supports production operations by ensuring accurate inventory levels, efficient material handling, and effective problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory counts, maintain inventory records, and update ERP systems as necessary.
  • Material Handling: Issue materials from stock, perform root cause analysis on discrepancies, and manage inventory transfers between locations.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve inventory-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to production.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in inventory control or related field.
  • Skillset: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and basic computer skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer an estimated salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
