Job Title: Security Officer - Patrol Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Triumph Protection Group. As a Patrol Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. Your primary duties will include:

  • Patrolling and Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area, monitoring surveillance cameras, and inspecting property to detect any suspicious activities.
  • Reporting and Response: Report any suspicious activities to local authorities and respond to emergency situations as needed.
  • Security and Access Control: Check doors, windows, and gates to ensure the property is secure, and investigate reports of suspicious activity.
  • Detention and Escort: Reasonably detain individuals suspected of criminal activity until law enforcement arrives and escort discharged staff, trespassers, and other unwelcome parties off the premises.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; security guard training certification required (for specific state); previous experience a plus, but not required.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent observational skills and attention to detail; authoritative verbal communication skills; ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations; ability to learn the layout of the property and buildings.
  • Physical Requirements: With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions, including the ability to patrol the property and access areas quickly, physically able to capture and detain individuals if necessary, and prolonged periods sitting at a desk and monitoring surveillance equipment.
