  • Incident Reporting: Accurately document and report all incidents, including security breaches and unusual occurrences.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in security and emergency response.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior security officers, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in security or a related field, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Certifications: Valid state driver's license and any other certifications required by the state or facility.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 80 hours per pay period. The schedule includes working evenings, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, responding to emergency situations and providing excellent customer service.
