About the Job
Welcome Wagon, a pioneer in new mover marketing since 1928, is looking for a skilled Independent Sales Representative - Community Outreach to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will have the opportunity to work from home and out in the field, selling consultative advertising services to local small businesses. This role offers a competitive commission-only structure and unlimited income potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation through various sources, including cold calls, emails, networking, and door-pulling.
- Conducting sales consultations to align value propositions with customer pain points.
- Building relationships with local businesses and staying in touch with customers to recommend new products and services.
- Staying up-to-date on local trends and competition.
- Maintaining accurate sales activity records and collaborating with team leaders to achieve successful sales.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience in selling to small businesses or a related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in computer software, including video conferencing tools, email platforms, electronic signatures, and CRM systems.
