New Paradigm Project is a leading insurance restoration company serving the DMV area. We assist homeowners and ensure that insurance carriers take care of their clients by paying for damages covered by their policies.

Our standard is to restore the value of our homeowners' properties. We focus on roof replacements but also replace siding, gutters, and repair interior damage.

Job Description

This is a full-time position requiring excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key responsibilities include managing a team of sales representatives, designing and implementing strategic business plans, recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives, building and promoting strong customer relationships, presenting sales reports and forecasts, and negotiating with third-party arrangements.

Requirements and skills include successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, commitment to continuous education, demonstrated ability to communicate and present credibly, proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, strong business sense and industry expertise, construction knowledge a plus, excellent mentoring and coaching skills, experience with CRM software and technology, and negotiation skills with third-party arrangements.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year
