Job Description

We are seeking a Full Time Hospice Clinical Nurse Liaison with focus on nursing homes to join Moments Hospice team.

Estimated salary for this position is around $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs to raise awareness of hospice services and establish professional relationships within the community.
  • Represent the agency at community events and conduct personalized visitations to all primary referral sources and interested parties.
  • Generate business from new referral sources and identify opportunities for formal/contractual relationships with physicians, organizations, and payers.
  • Work with office staff to ensure that new business is successfully initiated.

Requirements:

  • Must have valid RN license.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent clinical skills and communication abilities.
  • Ability to resolve problems and set priorities.
  • Pleasant telephone demeanor and ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
  • Previous healthcare marketing or medical experience preferred.
