Job Summary:

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating clients, developing treatment plans, and providing quality care to assist clients in meeting their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate clients and obtain subjective and objective data
  • Develop treatment plans and programs, including short-term and long-term goals in accordance with physician orders
  • Provide quality care that assists clients to meet goals; complete re-evaluations per requirements
  • Document services rendered utilizing agency EMR
  • Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of all payer sources and authorization required
  • Perform supervisory visits for the HHA per regulations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, referral sources, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Minnesota
  • CPR certification within 6 months from date of hire
  • Valid driver's license and use of an insured personal vehicle
  • State required background study
  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing to the extent required by the position
  • Able to physically perform the duties required by the position
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, clients, and visitors

About the Opportunity:

This is a full-time position working 80 hours per pay period, Monday through Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm. We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
