About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team at Big Stone Therapies, Inc. in Aitkin, MN.

Job Summary: As an OTA, you will work in a Subacute and Long-term Care (SNF/LTC) setting, providing therapy services to residents with varying levels of physical and cognitive abilities. You will work collaboratively with our experienced therapists to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal function and quality of life for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities and create personalized treatment plans
  • Implement occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' skills and abilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and possess or be eligible for OTA licensure in Minnesota.
